I mean...If you think he would really work great with Luka...and could get it done for a reasonable price...yeah.

I fear throwing a bunch of assets to get him...and in two years if it doesnt pan out posters talking about how he isnt Modern NBA.   Plus...the Bubble or Play In...maybe it was both...it may have been a bad match up...but he underwhelmed.

Maybe getting the mixed offers is strengthening my suspicion on Sabonis overall game.

I guess what I am trying to say is...

1) Dont piss away assets

and 

2) If you do use a bunch of assets...please let the player be a modern player

And yes...for those that just want to argue just to argue...yes...I would have been wrong on Jokic.   But...how many of the Jokic types actually work out!?

All fair points man. I believe in Sabonis but it’s possible that I’m wrong for it. My interest in him is strengthened by the possibility of not having to burn much for him. Like I said if we’re just talking JB plus filler then hell yeah. And it might not be that far-fetched. I think Brunson is valued around the league and if the Pacers really are looking for a point guard it helps that he’s already got a history with Rick.
