This reminded me that Stein spoke on the Dragic matter before the game. 


He said he still thinks there is a chance that Dragic ends up on the Mavs this season, but advised that it is likely nowhere close to happening now. Said, considering Dragic's salary, the Raps are going to look for a trade until the possibility no longer exists. On the buyout side, says Dragic is not going to give up many millions of dollars to get off his contract. 

Believe this more or less affirmed what we already thought to be the case.

Yes I am sure they will hold on to him.   His salary would fit well in a potential Ben Simmons trade so I am sure they are keeping that in their pocket.  Eventually, they probably don't find a trade and negotiate a buyout.  But no reason to do it now.  Plus if they get an injury they have a veteran who can fill in if needed to help them stay in the playoff race

Same goes for Luka in terms of slow starts last year.

DFS is still doing his thing on defense but I will say that he looks even worse on offense than his slow start last year but I believe that's due to him being asked to do more things that he really shouldn't be doing (like dribbling...ever).

It seems like DFS always hits the shot when he gets the ball but a foul is called on the pass.  Maybe we should have someone blow a whistle every time he shoots?
