Mavs still are into Thybulle. He's a really good defender and is a potential KD stopper.
He would be great, but I just don't see a direct deal with Philly. Perhaps if they can work on a three way. He is certainly not worth an unprotected pick, which is basically the only asset Mavs can offer.

Crowder has to get moved again right? Didn’t want to play heavy minutes off the bench for a contender and now traded to a non contender who has a 1000 wings.

Nets we'll make another trade with you.
We'll take Crowder. Curry. O'Neale. Claxton. Cam Johnson. Give us something.

I think Indy still has almost 9 mil of cap space. How about Bertans and unprotected first to Indy for Duarte, Goga and Crowder. BKN saves a gazillion of tax, Indy gets a pick for 2 guys they don't really need and Mavs fill the rotation nicely.

You know when you were in school/university and your parents/teacher always said: don´t leave it to the last minute, but you still did. That´s the NBA trade deadline.

But, they have to move off of money. So, teams without TPE’s and and cap room need not apply…unless we are paying both Brooklyn and a team with space to take our matching salary.

Best direct deal I can muster:
THJ+Bertans+Wood for Tobias Harris+Thybulle+Korkmaz.
Mavs save 3 mil this year, and lower their tax payment by 11 mil. But they all but kill any future space this summer and are going to face a pretty heft tax bill next year.
But Harris on paper is better than THJ for this team as he'd be a perfect starting switchable 4. Thybulle gives you that lanky defender that can guard KD. Korkmaz is a guy off the bench that can shoot (theoretically).

Bitadze would be the first guy I´d call about, simply as a depth insurance. I´m sure that you can get him for virtually nothing, some cash and expiring contracts (Ntilikina+Pinson?). It´s unreal HOW AWFUL that McGee contract is. If it was a one year deal, the Pacers would just do it straight up: one vs. two years, instead it is three vs. two years.

Please stop trying to make a trade for Harris happen.
Any trade for Thybulle should involve minimal assets since the Sixers don't even want him or play him.

Is Harris not a good enough 3rd option for you?
16ppg on 50/37/87 to go with 6rpg.
What's so bad about that besides his horrendous contract?

I don't know...Wood's expiring for Harris might just be the "draw" for Philly

Brooks has been awful for the Grizzlies. Like downright awful. If we thought THJ was a blackhole, Brooks is worse, and on worse shooting percentages.
Wouldn't give up a pick for Brooks, but if it's a simple Brooks for Bertans deal I'd be interested.

Make it a 3-team deal. Wood + Hardy + ‘27 FRP for Claxton & Crowder.

I would do that, but 1) I think the Suns say "hell no" to any Mavs' involvement in the deal, since we, the Clippers, and of course the Nuggets are the Suns' biggest threats in the West, and 2) Claxton is one of those rare, coveted Bam-type jewels. You gotta give your family jewels to get them. I'm not sure Hardy and a first is enough.

I thought Woj said they're going to hold off on making it official to perhaps expand the deal?
Can't find the tweet though...
