It makes it sound like New Orleans is a war zone and/or it was actually the team that didn't want Zion around (neither of which is true...I think).
Maybe they don't want anyone knowing where Zion is doing his rehab? Like Uncle Joe's Sanitorum and Fat Farm.

Wow and the Nuggets still go down. They need their guys back quick cause Jokic is doing everything in his power.

I don't get why they're sticking with Rivers and Campazzo
Some random 10 day contract guys would be better
At least based on these past 2 games

Candidate for my pet idea of a Kanter-like player for your second unit that you just ask to get buckets and rebound, defense be damned.

Isn´t that exactly what Boban provides. So far he played less than 100 minutes but when he was on the floor he scored at a high volume/efficiency. 30/11 per36. 62.7% TS.

If we didn't have Boban (what a sacrilegious thought) I'd be more interested. But I don't think Cousins is necessarily more productive than Boban right now.

Cousins. Ugh. How about he and Drummond both? Who else can we add from the slow feet and no "D" big man club?

Yeah, I don't see the fit with Cousins. The last two times he has played the Mavs, he has given it to us (Rockets and Bucks), but he just can't move anymore. Maybe with his Bucks audition, he can land as a Boban type player somewhere else. But I don't think he is anything more than that at this stage.

Astute addition to the slow feet club! He was good at defense once upon a time though.

I'm not saying we should sign Cousins but the Boban comparisons aren't great since Cousins played in 15 of the 16 games while he was a Buck. Boban's played in 16 of our 38 games. Also, nearly 17 MPG versus nearly 6 MPG.

Pretty sure he played that much because the Bucks are without Brook Lopez and don't really have anyone else with much size off the bench.

We've been with KP and WCS for massive amounts of the season and Boban still doesn't get burn. I'd rather have Boban as a teammate and in the locker room, but on the court, give me Cousins.

Honestly, it is so hard to believe that Boban, at his size, strength and length, is such a NON-factor at the rim. Seriously, that's hard to wrap my mind around. I know it's quickness, but it's still just hard to see.
The ONLY problem I have with Bobi on the court is the complete defensive liability, like worse than old man Dirk level. He works on one type of player that is slow and methodical, that's it.

Refs also let opposing players get away with murder when defending Bobi.

I wish the NBA would fine our owner every time he walks on the court or joined the team huddle on timeouts.
