You can ban me from this board for idiotic comment...
I would rather defeat Leonard than win with him.
Incredible basketball player...too much baggage.

KL has definitely been a difference maker the last few years. The question is whether it's worth it to maybe miss Free Agency while waiting on him to make up his mind. That would probably be ~$35MM/yr for his non-playing season next year. And there is no guarantee he'll be as effective.
To me the opportunity cost is too high. As much as I'd love to have a healthy KL, there are more productive paths for DAL to pursue.

Honestly this is a perfect example of what a shop the Mavs are running. 11 PM CT. Wow thanks for that information. Now let me translates this into national media EST and your star players CET.

I like this. Sounds like we're making efforts to load the coaching staff with people Luka likes and is familiar with. Having Igor and Barea on the staff should go a long way to keeping Luka happy hopefully.

Interesting. That shows the Mavs must be willing to spend some serious money on their coaching staff. We are realistically talking about giving up a top 10 head-coaching gig outside the NBA. He won´t come cheap. Furthermore Kokoskov has been an NBA assistant coach for many years already. On the other hand his family still lives in the USA, so that might be an incentive to go "home".

Good, I really wanted the Mavs to have someone ready if Kidd is fired, just in case .

CoC and mental safety didn´t seem to extend to Rick Carlisle´s volatile behaviour, if we read between the lines, after his resignation.
I don´t judge Kidd on things that happened 20 years ago or do I feel he should be outlawed from league, but this whole Mavs "culture" change to me just does not feel sincere, more like a necessity forced upon the franchise by the league, because they got caught.

First interesting comment from JKidd: I tried things and the coaches would get mad. Luka has that flair. Since I liked to try things I won't get mad about Luka trying things
Nico on roster question: He's excited about the current roster and wants to see how the new culture and staff raises it's level

Cuban: Regarding whether Bob is on the payroll. I don't talk about who is on the payroll. Never have.
Is that true???!!! Seems silly.

What kind of answer was that regarding Voulgaris.
I don´t talk about anybody on or off the pay-roll.
Pretty thin-skinned reaction. Either he´s a Mavs employee or he is not. LOL.
