For everyone who watches Mavs via cable and their cable provider has squashed the deal with FSSW, how are you going to watch Mavs this year?
I like the quality of the TV broadcast and not streams, and I’d prefer cable to sat dish, any recommendations? I use AT&T Tv...it is a wireless streaming box that runs off your internet...I have had it for a year and love it...it has only 2 wires total hdmi and a power cable...it also has Android Tv built in for use with the popular streaming apps...
Josh Green is a top 5 Mavs player...

More on Giannis:
Quote:It has been a frenzied week of NBA roster moves since the league lifted its months-long moratorium last Monday, but there have been no updates on perhaps the biggest storyline of the offseason, writes Brian Windhorst of ESPN. As Windhorst points out, the league is still waiting to see whether or not reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo will agree to a five-year, super-max extension with the Bucks.
League sources tell Windhorst that the Bucks – in recent weeks – have moved from “cautiously optimistic to cautiously confident” that Antetokounmpo will make a long-term commitment to the club when he returns from Greece. However, moves made by other teams across the league this week suggest that not everyone on the outside views it as a lock.
Clubs that have long been cited as likely free agent suitors for Giannis if he reaches the open market in 2021 went to great lengths this week to preserve their cap room for next summer. The Heat, Mavericks, and Raptors were among the teams that made an effort to keep money off their books for next season — in some cases, it may have even cost them key free agents.

On Buddy Hield:
Quote:The Kings only have two options now on Bogdan Bogdanovic: either they let him walk for nothing or they match Atlanta’s four-year, $72MM offer sheet.
While the Kings no longer have the opportunity to extract any assets in a Bogdanovic sign-and-trade, the team might be able to salvage some value by matching Bogdanovic’s offer and then trading Buddy Hield, opines Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee. However, as Anderson writes, conversations with people around the league suggest there are mixed opinions on Hield’s trade value.
One of Anderson’s sources referred to Hield as untradeable, while another said that there are likely multiple teams that value the sharpshooter, adding that the Kings would probably seek “a good young player or players and draft picks.”
While I don’t agree that Hield is untradeable, I expect it would be difficult for the Kings to extract fair value for one of the NBA’s best shooters if they match on Bogdanovic. Potential trade suitors know that Hield would probably welcome a change of scenery and that the Kings likely don’t want to pay both players long term, limiting the team’s leverage.

Windhost basically claiming AD could wait for Giannis decision to sign and than sign the contract to match Giannis free agency, instead of a longer one i guess. Both Giannis and Lebron opting out to recruit Giannis.

It's a chance at a generational superstar, and a chance to be the next NBA dynasty. Lots of teams will get linked to Giannis until he's off the board.
The trick is to not put yourself in the position where losing out on him means the next 5 years are scrapped as a result.

Giannis would destroy any chance of him being an all-time great if he went and teamed up with Lebron.
Super weak move.

AD: Hey Giannis. Come to LA!
GA: It's definitely tempting. But I thought you refused to play center.
AD: Yeah, Lebron and I already agreed you'll be the full-time center while we do our thing. BTW, we also need you to sign with Rich Paul so he can get his cut.
GA: ...
AD: ...
KP: Sup, Giannis. Man, we could really use a guy like you at PF. Talk about a perfect fit. In any case, want to hang with me and Luka in Europe?

Key word is teams.
AD is 4,he sees himself as PF strictly.
Giannis is 4, who doesn't fit at all with AD, if anything I doubt AD loves the idea of being 3rd option and even 2nd in his favourite position.
Never mind that Giannis can sign in mid December, so AD is going to wait till one week before season start in order to renew?

Lebron doesnt have that much time left as a #1. Giannis would be the successor to Magic, Kobe and Lebron for the most glamorous franchise in the NBA with AD as a running partner.
Here, Giannis will never be the #1 guy. He will always be Luka's sidekick.
If the Lakers can have cap space to sign Giannis, I think the Mavs are a distant 3rd after LA and Miami.

I like your view, but until Lebron shows clear sign of decline for 2 consecutive years, he is seen as NBA best player. Never mind, Giannis and AD together is a Simmons/Embiid level of ill fitted talent.
Lakers would be dead last if Giannis has any sense of reality.
PS: Again, I really don't think Giannis will view himself as 2 to Luka if he comes here, he is still considered better player by some margin.
Together they will most likely be a Kareem/Magic duo. No one is really taking anything from the other legacy, actually complement each other

I'm just curious but if AD/Giannis are bad and Luka/Giannis are good, where does KP fit into your assessment?

I think KP is perfect for Giannis, but I think Giannis is bad for KP (he will be 3rd option, K.Love/C.Bosh type of situation)

If that's the case, KP can cry all the way to the bank and to the Larry's.
