Only 18 players played the full 82-game schedule.

Funny to see Tim Hardaway Jr on "best".

That's what happens when your job is reduced to catch-and-shoot. If you asked him to be a playmaker, his line changes I'm sure. Or maybe he knows now what he's good at and manages his minutes better.

OMAX sister was drafted in the first round of the WNBA draft last night.  Jamie Jacquez's sister was also a first round pick.  There may be more.

The Dallas franchise after taking the universal #1 pick last year, picked the best shooter in the draft this year.  Hmm.....

I kind of hate that we lost out on at least tying for the #6 pick, pre-lottery. Even more so since MEM was playing a bunch of end-of-bench guys, 2 ways and 10 day contract guys. I guess they get the award for hardest tank job, but it feels bad because of how they did it. If it was game 32 instead of 82, Silver would have thrown a fit.

If karma is real, then DAL gets to jump over them into the top 3.  Cool

There’s widespread belief that Anthony Davis will request a trade from the Wizards after never playing a single game for them.

Davis wants to be on an immediate title-contending roster, which Washington isn’t.

Davis was blindsided at the trade deadline being sent to Washington.

And THIS is why, although unfortunate, dumping him to get the payroll right was ultimately the necessary and right decision, imho.

He's never going to see himself in the light he should to end his career. He has been a great player (still would be, if he could string some healthy months together), but there's no acknowledgement or concession on his part regarding his lack of availability when it comes to either treatment or salary. In his mind, he's a top-10 player, period. He and Rich Paul are about to make everything about a max extension, AND they're going to have opinions about who offers it to boot!

I supported the idea of him as a fit here more than most, and I have more respect for his game than most, but I'm honestly so happy and relieved our Mavs are out from under this mess. End of day, kudos to them for not doubling down and following the "sunk cost" trail to ruin. That's how I see it, anyway.

Anyone listen to the Criminal Podcast to confirm that he is a lazy douche. He always played the trade victim card, but he was literally the worst personality to trade Luka for. Nobody could hate on a DeRozan or Westbrook for the professional way they conduct themselves, but to trade Luka for a guy that is living even unhealthier, is even more injury-prone and works less hard than Luka on the court was just the worst possible outcome. I´m not surprised he wants to be traded from Washington and it´s not that they won´t pay him (probably more than anybody else) or are a super bad team. He just does not want the attention and scrutiny that comes with being THE GUY. He just wants to be paid like THE GUY. On paper, if he is as good as he thinks he is, then Young/George/PICK/AD/Sarr should be a play-in contender in the East.

The power has shifted now that AD is in the East.

Totally pulling for the Heat against Charlotte. I'm sick of the BS narrative that this NINTH SEED Hornets is somehow the reincarnation of the 90's Bulls, with one-dimensional Kon da Nipple being vintage Jordan.

If Kon wins ROY and the Hornets lose behind Kon's bad shooting (he's presently 2 of 9), it will age like milk.

The Strange Death of Kon Kneuppel in this game should lay all this ROY nonsense to rest, tbh.

-17 +/-. My goodness.

In the last 2 minutes Kon was on the bench. There's ZERO CHANCE you'd find Cooper there.
