Bad choke job by Indy. Mathurin with two free throw misses and then a foul before the ball gets inbounded. They were probably going to lose anyway but geez.

Great win by OKC. Championship win. It was right there for Indy but OKc made the winning plays. Yes, a few questionable calls and don’t like some of them. I really like how SGA doesn’t complain though. Although why complain when you get those callas.
I really like J dub too. He is so good. Having him playing second fiddle to SGA just isn’t fair. Let’s see if Indy has more fight in them. Tough to see them winning two more but the odds have beeen against them before.

I thought the winner of game 4 would take the series. I don't really think it was a great win by OKC as much as it was a horrible loss by Indy. If they do lose the series, those last few minutes of game 4 will haunt them.

This is a great series. And it's turning out to be better than anyone suspected. Two small market teams? So, it doesn't matter.
The Grizzlies will trade Desmond Bane to the Magic in exchange for Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Cole Anthony, four unprotected first-round picks and one first-round pick swap, according to Shams Charania of ESPN (Twitter link).
Memphis will receive the 16th selection in this year’s draft, along with Phoenix’s first-round pick in 2026 and unprotected first-rounders from Orlando in 2028 and 2030, Charania adds, noting that there’s light protection on the pick swap in 2029 (Twitter link). Wow. That's a bunch of picks.

Magic are trading for Desmond Bane and are sending KCP, Cole Anthony, 4 first round picks and a first round pick swap… Crazy package for Bane - potentially better than our mastermind Nico got for Luka?
I wonder if there’s a cheap way to get Cole Anthony now for the Mavs as a stop gap guard?

Yes you are right, but Luka trade was about mastermind Silver.

If only we had a young stud POA defending two way wing with an advancing effective offensive game…

I think so as well - there‘s no margin for the Pacers to not win a game they have any chances to win. I guess only a sudden impact like a Williams or SGA injury could turn the series in their favor. But who knows, go home and do your job in game 6 and there’s a whole new level of pressure for OKC in game 7.

Rick already made a miracle, Pacers can't win the ring without some heaven help.

Whatever injury Hali has, he couldn't play through it effectively. Maybe the Pacers will fire Rick and bring in Larry Brown.

I think the game turned when Carlisle put a compromised (right calf injury) Haliburton back in the game and took out TJ McConnell, who was playing well for them with 18 pts off the bench. He didn't get back in the game; Carlisle said he was fatigued. Haliburton probably had his worst game as a pro, 0-6 from the field, 0-4 from 3, and 4-4 from the line for 4 pts. Those 22 TO's, which turned into 32 pts OKC scored on, certainly didn't help. JDub had 40 pts. He has had a great series for the Thunder. He's been the 2nd best player behind the MVP. I think this series is effectively over now.
