They were the only team that came close to testing the Celtics last year
everyone thought it was a fluke but maybe they actually were the 2nd best team

Tatum with a bad injury. Looked like a possible Achilles

Sucks about the injury, but I'm ecstatic about Boston potentially being out of it. I loathe that team, and it's nice to see Brunson be the guy to finally put the Knicks back on the map.

Seems like more and more Achilles tears these days but I'm probably just more aware of the injury.
Carlisle vs Brunson in the ECF is pretty crazy. I wish they could both lose.

Hard to believe we're going to see a Pacers-Knicks ECF. I'd have given it a 1.8% chance at the start of the playoffs.

Yeah, didn't look good. Non-contact injury.

Jayson Tatum went down with a very scary injury.

Sucks for Tatum and Boston fans. I hate Boston but let’s hope for good news.
Changing the subject, it appears Philly will draft VJ from Baylor or maybe the Texas shooter (I have no idea where to peg Bailey). If Philly keeps the pick, I wonder if that pushes out grimes?

Pacers knock off the Cavs 114-105 and advance to the conference finals two years in a row. Pacers look legit.

Will the Cavs blow it up? Lots of attractive players on that roster!

Cavs talent level is good but their roster is not structured well enough for a championship run. their two starting guards are both too small and easily bullied in the playoffs. Mobley and Allen are good bigs but they are both too thin. they just need some trades to fix that and they'll flourish like the Knicks.

What? Harrison said that the Cavs are our myth as lineup building... So did he lie all the time because Luka trade was just collusion?

Bye bye Nuggets! And now Adam Silver will have to worry about the possibility of an OKC/Indiana Finals

Nuggets still have a puncher's chance but MPJ has been brutal.
