AROUND the NBA:
I thought Dort's play was recklessly and deliberately dangerous, and should have earned him an ejection AND suspension. There is no world in which deliberately twisting around and diving for the legs of an airborne player to take his legs out and send him crashing is a basketball move. Dort has always been a dirty player, frankly.

Agree.

Dort is that kind of player just like Marcus Morris, it's funny to see a lot of tech foul for crap and allow players like Dort or D.Green make dirty plays.

NBA is a circus right now and the clowns are dancing.

He has a ways to go to catch up to the sinister Bruce Bowen.

He's no worse than Draymond Green, but I digress.

So the Grizzlies got sweeped and are on vacation as well - but without any chances to move up in the lottery. So happy they saved us from a short 4 or 5 game postseason run.

Draymond's defense is just too good. It's crazy that Rudy Gobert has 4 DPOY awards and Draymond only has 1

Last year is ancient history...

Detroit got screwed by the refs, then they come out with the LTMR and say a foul should have been called. THJ should have gone to the line to shoot 3 ft's to win the game—horrible job by the refs.

Yes, we were better this year... Until January.

I'd say they were better last year. You had Luka and went to the Finals. That was never going to happen with this year's team.

In the Detroit-Knicks game, that was a good no-call. Hardaway was flailing away, trying to get a call, but not taking a makeable shot. Very little contact. The NBA should never has said it was a foul.

They lose their FRP altogether. It was traded to the Wizz, but with lottery protection. No lottery, no protection.

Probably would have been better served to tank against DAL in the play in game.

Giving up a FRP + Marcus Smart for Marvin F'ing Bagley III? That's some Nico-level stuff right there.

Probably Smart is done... You have to pay to trade him.

What game were you watching?  Hart clearly made contact and even said so after the game. Pistons got jobbed

I saw the replay. Contact? Yeah. Hardaway didn't get off a decent shot. He played for the foul-call. I wouldn't have called a foul, had I been the ref. Tim didn't miss the shot because he was fouled. You disagree? OK.
