Mike Budenholzer did not have a good relationship with Devin Booker, per @ShamsCharania

"Budenholzer's inability to coexist with his players centered around the franchise's cornerstone, Devin Booker.”

After signing an extension in 2022, Suns GM James Jones is set to have his contract expire this offseason.

There have been no known discussions during the season about any new contract for Jones.

A full reset letting go of Jones and Mike Budenholzer appears likely for Phoenix.

Phoenix owner is a joke. Not that Bud had great result with the team, but if three different coaches bring similar results, might be the coaches are not the problem...

I don't know who's worse, him or Sarver. Ishbia just likes to spend money, and doesn't have a clue on how to build an NBA team. Sarver oversaw a toxic, sexist work environment.

The Suns are officially done...it was an interesting 5-year run with a few good teams. Playing Rent-A-Championship-Coach for one year with Vogel and Bud is hilarious  Big Grin

Suns are a team of 2 Robins and 1 Catwoman... They can't be good.

If Suns want to keep booker, Mavs can offer an attractive KD offer, if they want. Good players on solid contracts (not long contracts either if they decide to pivot) plus a pick or two. There would probably be a better offer out there but KD may have some say. Fixing a toxic issue with his buds may have some I teret to him, on the other hand he may want to be a 100
Miles away from here.

There were plenty of reasons to fire Coach Bud.
