On top of Grants massive deal vs Klay on a 4/72 deal?
Yes. The fact that an unprotected 2031 would be part of that equation (perhaps this has been the sticking point) would definitely make me a bit queasy, but I really, really like Grant's fit here.
Don't love the contract, but I do love the fit.
I don't expect everyone to agree, but that's where I'd be with it.

I like Grant. Don't get me wrong. However, I think they want too much. I get it that they are trying to rebuild. But, I don't want to go there.
Find me at Lakersball.com. I'm done with the Nico and the Mavs.

Can the Sixers keep De’Anthony Melton? He’s a good two way guard and POA defender. Better fit than Green. Could also take over for Hardy if he can’t figure it out

Stein saying Clippers have emerged as a favorite for Batum. So is he playing for BaE or vet min? Because there is no other way they could sign him. I hope Mavs are trying to compete with that

The Clippers have emerged as a strong contender to sign Nicolas Batum, league sources say.

Batum never wanted to leave the Clippers in the first place and threatened to retire if he did get traded.
Not surprised he'd take a pay cut to go back AND probably play a huge role there after PG left

No, unless he takes vet min. Melton is 6-2, a problem when you have Kyrie. I think he is too small for Mavs

Dude, have you seriously never seen The Big Lebowski?
Go watch it. Right now. Way better than this free agency stuff.

The contract is reasonable. Maybe I like it a little more than I thought I would.

Don't feel bad. That's from what I consider the most overrated movie in history, "The Big Lebowski".
It's the Tobias Harris of movies for me.
