[Wojnarowski] ESPN Sources: Free agent C Isaiah Hartenstein has agreed on a three-year, $87 million deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Hartenstein leave the Knicks for the top West seed eager to add his size, skill and physicality.
$29 million per year but only three years. Guessing Thunder have to give out raises to some of their current guys (Chet?) four years from now.

"A step away" means that they have to make a trade before they can go after Klay. And he finishes the segment with a strong case for the Mavs.

Philly renounced rights to him so a sign and trade isn't doable either. maybe mavs FO can find a way to get it done though. I would have preferred Melton to Marshall if we were going to let DJJ walk and he could be had for MLE. He is some overlap with Grimes.

Hartenstein was the best available option. OKC is getting better and the Mavs barely beat them this year. Not getting any easier. ![]() • From Dirk to SCREW YOU Nico, KillerLeft, RoyTarpleysGhost

Thunder add Hartenstein and Caruso. I like it. They want to continue to see if Chet and Jalen Williams can grow to be the #2 and #3 option or if they're going to need a mercenary.

Windy saying 4/70 for Klay. With Dan’s numbers earlier.
With Maxi out: 3/$50m or 4/$69m With Green out: 3/$55m or 4/$75m With both out: 3/$83m or 4/$114m

Thunder have 4-5 first round picks in next year's loaded draft. They don't have room for all those players.
Seems like they will be making one massive move sometime in the next calendar year.
