I thought this would be fun for all of us to do and, maybe we can compare our results.

I put 02/03 season as the best non-championship Mavs season. I remember being filled with so much optimism even after losing to the Spurs. I really thought we were 1 healthy Dirk knee from a ring that year after winning 60 games and giving the Spurs a run for their money.

365 days later Cuban let Nash walk, so that was fun.

I almost missed it because it was some way down the list of "Normal Threads". I generally don't click on anything that's more than a few hours old--older than I think I last looked. By this thread's very nature you will get no visible responses. It will sink fast.

I saw the results of this on The Athletic today. It was very interesting. Those of us who saw the Mavs play in person in every decade are pretty rare on the internet. Not sure why. Many of my friends are older and we all use the internet but I guess not on sites this good.
