Kidd is a little snake. He is also angling for the GM position by all accounts.  If rumors are to be believed, he also turned in the screws on Nico, once he realized Nico was on thin ice.   He specifically put Coop at the point because he was not happy with the DLo acquisition. What other things will he do if he's not happy with some of the moves of the new GM?  If I'm a GM, I'm extremely wary of working with him.  Sure the GM can cut him loose at that point, but it's so much energy and time wasted.

I hope they hire someone a head coach from the college ranks and hire a young gm like Toronto did.  someone not named matt Riccardi who worked with Jason kidd in Brooklyn.

Thoughts of David Griffin?   Man, he last two years in New Orleans were not good.   Although he had a stretch of some really good moves.  Not sure what happened the last two years.   Have a supposed super star not be a super star can really mess up plans though.    Also, New Orleans could be cursed.

He did do a good job with draft picks later too.    Although, some obvious misses too.

DG would be tough to get behind. In light of how bad Nico was, they really need to knock this one out of the park, frankly.

I think Dumont has the money to hire ANYONE he wants bad enough. And I think on some level, he does have management skills. (Who saw Welts coming, for example?)

I'm still focused on Presti.

Dumont has to show something to the fanbase and the world, he will hire the best GM available no matter how much is the price.

I mean, why would Presti want to come here? He’s at the beginning of a potential dynasty he created, and has picks into the 2030’s. This next draft is our last first rounder for 4 years.

I prefer to get Donnie back over Griffin, and this isn't me suggesting to get back Donnie
