Heading says it all. This had to be one of the most difficult seasons for all the players, including the incoming ones, after Luka was traded. Apart from all the chaos wrt the trade, the injuries, there was also a style change needed once AD came back.
Yet they fought hard, tried their best to block out the noise, and gave it their best every night. They went through a lot through no fault of their own.
Some of those players had a terrible game today, but my disgust for this ownership and front office won’t stop me fro acknowledging the heart and grit this team showed. I haven’t always felt that way having watched this franchise for more than 30 years.

Yeah truthfully all those dudes showed up and just played ball.
Through all the turmoil, chants, and extracurricular's, they showed up every night.
I respect the heck outta them.

Yes, most of them didn’t need to fight to come back. Most came back too early when waiting to be fully healthy next year was probably the easiest decision (maybe the correct one too).
In addition, the front office lack of official statements for two months put the players in another bad spot answering questions. They showed a lot more empathy and compassion to the fanbase than the front office did. I am sure it was frustrating to them as basketball players.

Proud of this team and feel for the guys.
Nico simply has to be fired to get this ship pointed in the right direction. As long as he is around the distraction of the Luka trade will always weigh on these guys.
Fans will be more supportive if we get that Nico cancer out of the organization.

A for effort. The team is plucky and has a great personality.
