Free agent forward KJ Martin has agreed on a two-year, $16 million deal to return to the Philadelphia 76ers, Aaron Mintz and Andrew Morrison of @caabasketball tell ESPN.

The contract puts Philadelphia right at the first apron but well below the $188.9M second apron.
The 76ers will not be allowed to take back more money in a trade if the post transaction salary exceeds $178.1M.
