Very interesting that he didn't ask for it, as I'm pretty sure that was the reason given at the time. THJ works so much better as a starter and I don't want DFS out of the starting lineup for defensive purposes. That leaves Powell, and even though he's not good at defending the bigger guys in the post, I'd really hate to see KP doing that much, if at all.

Not really, as he is too expensive for what he brings. They get guys (almost) like that for min salary, they don't pay them 9 mil per.

Because he is limited offensively, indecisive and not good off the ball. Not consistent, useful in specific situations only. Stats on a tanking team have no value for me or Powell is a superstar based on his tanking stats.

Would happen if they would really want out of Dieng contract. Since they are losing hope for playoffs, I am not sure they would be.

Theoretically, Smith has a high ceiling, Wright is what he is. Personally, I  would never bring Smith, but hey, they might see something I don't. And Smith would not cost RoCo to get. I have no idea why they have problems with Teague. He is overpaid, but at least Wright level.
