Even if Luka forced his way out they could’ve gotten wayyyyyyyy more. They could’ve sat him the rest of the year and gotten a better pick. They could’ve gotten Austin Reaves even.

Even if they win the title this is nuts. You can literally trade Luka the next draft for the #1 pick and more. This is making no sense

The Mavericks did this on their own accord, getting back Anthony Davis but only one future first-round pick from the Lakers in 2029 for a 25-year-old regarded as a future MVP.
