Have a great time, and give us as detailed a recap as possible!

all the little things you don’t see on TV…
What a night.

Germany played not too bad, for me the main reason we lost was the bad performance of our frontcourt and our complete inability to generate inside scoring (12/24 2pt vs. 23/38 from SLO). However, better teams have lost to Luka having a brilliant day.

Interesting atmosphere in the crowd. Cheering for the Germans against a well liked and respected player. More Luka Mavs jerseys than German ones (my son was guilty as well) and lots of "what can you do?" shrugging shoulders when Luka pulled off just another move to bury us in the 4th.
Is it just me or does the defensive intensity seem much higher than a normal NBA contest? I know it's a tournament and the stakes are more immediate, but it just feels like more intensity than you'll see in a random NBA game.

I know it's not feasible, but there are 3-4 from Slovenia's team I'd like to have available to just put in the game for increased ball pressure and to irritate the opposition.
