I like Ayton but that seems expensive, then again all of these contracts seem insane.
So, did he sign an offer sheet, or is it a verbal agreement. The first Woj tweet doesn't seem to specify. The Marks tweet about the clock seems to suggest he has.
Seems like there's a lot hinging on that detail.

Odds are though PHX just matches and forces a SnT for Turner/Hield.

It's not even
the next two years. That was an extension that doesn't kick in until he's 34. He'll be 35 and 36 years old during those two seasons you're talking about.
Hopefully this is the catalyst to opening the dam on the NBA trade front.

If he signs an offer sheet (might already have, the way some of these tweets read) they CAN'T do a sign and trade anywhere and can't trade him to IND for a full year, even if they match.
