I think I, personally, would've waived MBrown before he became guaranteed and held onto that WCS contract until the very last minute for trade matching purposes. 

However, I much, much, MUCH prefer this outcome to letting Chriss get away or cutting someone else (Ntilikina) to make the room, and I think it shows that they're working behind the scenes to maximize the opportunities they have.

I think Moses will be traded or waived shortly after the TDL.  Maybe Burke gets waived for Dragic though.  At any rate, I don't think Moses is long for the NBA.

Everytime I see old pics or videos of him, I do a double take. It's crazy.

Great move, he looks like the clsest thing to a smallball center we have had like ever. If he can keep making threes, he is going to be big for us.

I agree. And I like his physicality and even his habit of getting into little scuffles

Yeah, good teams need just the right amount of "edge" and the Mavs usually seem not to have quite enough of it, historically. IMO, anyway.

Agree! Chris has some edge, and then Kidd may be installing some built in edge with this defense!

Yes, I have long talked about the JYD type that this team needs. We need another couple players that play with a lot of force too. Preferably one’s that get heavy minutes in the rotation. Brooks, to me is that guy and I want him pretty badly. Perfect guy to carry out Kidd’s gameplan IMO.

Now to see if he'll actually fight his way into the rotation when everyone is available. Probably not, unless there's a trade, but it's a good tool to have in your belt, for sure.
