Maybe add a poll asking with which Grizz Luka will have a storm-in-a-teacup on court confrontation?
I have a presentation to give tomorrow that still isn’t done, so I need the Mavs to make my procrastination worth it. Must win game.
Cant decide weather I am an optimist or just a masochist. I guess we will find out soon. Go Mavs.
I miss Dirk!
What is Jason Kidd thinking? Why is playing Powell over Brown after Brown gave the best minutes out of any big tonight??

Luka is playing like this is a pickup game.

Where is the fight? How many losses is this team going to accept before they say enough is enough?
What did I miss? Just started watching.
Luka again cannot STFU and gets a tech.

He's too immature to win anything big in the NBA right now. There was no contact on that play and instead of trying to grab the offensive rebound he throws his hands up aghast he didn't get a whistle that gave Memphis a chance to score.

I love Luka. I am the biggest Luka stan. He himself has said he has to stop complaining to officials. His actions do not match his words.
Luka complaining instead of grabbing the rebound was the cherry on top of another lazy performance.

An amazing first quarter from Moses Brown filled with good energy and defense.

Pretty lazy games so far from everyone else. Luka looks like he's still hobbled by his injuries, and he has no lift on his shots. He has not played any defense as a result. Despite that he is yet again the only one that can score the ball.

Reggie Bullock has somehow made 2 corner threes. Jalen Brunson has had some good spurts of energy with a great dunk in transition. He's also had times where he looks lost on the court.

THJ has been pretty terrible. Has had 2 ok shots, but really been a blackhole on offense.

Dwight Powell is getting manhandled by Steven Adams. He's routinely gotten outplayed by him and it's been a layup line while he's been out there. SO much so that Kidd had to pull Powell for foul trouble and replaced him with THJ.

Defense has been overall engaged. The offense is still sputtering.

I fear how this team will look in the second half given that Luka doesn't look 100% like he wants to play tonight and KP is having a disappearing act.

Also forgot to mention a so-so Josh Green cameo. He looks too eager on the defensive end and vets are using that against him. He did have a pretty good pullup jumper in transition.

Also no Franky so far. Have no idea why.

Sad part is that even at his worst Luka is still way better than any other player on the roster. Only one that can create anything on offense.
That KP missed dunk is a microcosm of the season.
RB is 3-5 from three....!
Did Powell do us a favor by getting into foul trouble
He did.

Moses Brown should unironically be the starter over Powell.
Definitely liking the MB minutes!

Really hope FN sitting is just to rest his calf on a back to back. He NEEDS to be in the rotation.
Luka is SOOOO SLOW getting back on D....and 7 TOs already? Ugh.
I think I am a couple of minutes behind live time, but I really do not like that Josh Green is in the game for the second, consecutive fourth quarter.
I cannot believe Luka is +14 with 8 TOs and only 6 assists....pretty incredible.
