Dimwiddie had the numbers and Dorian had the game winner and was all around awesome.

But it’s easily Josh Green.

Luka

Nah, I went with SD but Green would be my runner up.

Well.  Good game...sort of.  We won.  Actually the Mavs looked a little discombobulated and...pedestrian...to begin the game.  But they kept playing and eventually realized they could still play without Luka, and Maxi, and THJ, and whoever else was out.  Why?  Because they are a pretty damn good, fairly deep TEAM.

I could give my Dirkie to DFS and I don't think many people would argue with the choice.  But I won't.

I could give my Dirkie to SD and most people would pat me on the back.  He probably deserves it.  But I won't.

I'm going to give my Dirkie to JG...because he does deserve it.  I suspect there is a lot room for JG to grow and mature.  A lot of it depends on his coaches...and the team.  Is JK the coach JG needs?  We shall see...but we've already seen considerable growth already.  There is more to come...

Green was great but I will go with Spencer.  I've seen him play but I had no clue.  In my defense, watching the Nets is not how I would like to spend my time.

Dinwidde’s best game in 2 years. Green’s best game ever.

I gave it to Green by a smidge, mainly because of his energy, offensive rebounds, and good efficient play. DFS, JB, and of course SD had excellent games. SD is so much better than Zinger. That was a franchise turning trade.

A lot of legitimate candidates today, but my vote went to Green

1) The 12 rebounds (6 offensive!) were absolutely critical--without Green, the Mavs would been absolutely slaughtered on the board
2) As good and important as JB, SD, and DFS were in the end, they were also all significant pieces in the Mavs being down 19 in the first place. I thought Josh was the most consistently good throughout.

I had to give it to Spencer. Dude came out swinging in the 4th and put up an eerily familiar Luka stat line.

Green also deserved it too to be honest. His energy was infectious.
