It's just me, but I wouldn't include Brunson in that deal. Brunson is the perfect backup for them.

Scares me because it probably means that Bullock´s contract is bigger than I want it to be.

I think it is obvious it is MLE. I don't think it makes much difference if it is a couple of millions below it, that's why I don't really care. We don't have roster spots anyway.

I think they have their PG in mind (Dragic) and are just working out the details.

I REALLY hope this is the case.  If this is true, then we still have the 14 mill in cap space, without any other moves.  Nice.

Should leave around 6 mil per year for Bullock.

Interested to see his final number and how many years.

Not really. Because if we go cap space way, we don't have MLE, we have just rMLE

Splitting the MLE would make me feel a bit better about Bullock. Something like 18/3 is a good number, that can be moved along. 40/4 we got problems.

I like the Brown and Bullock signings. Both are low usage players who can defend and hit a three. In fact they're a lot like DFS. Could Dorian be on the move?

I think Brown is more THJ back-up and Bullock is DFS back-up. But, if we get Dragic, there is little room left for Brunson, imho

If you want the Raptors to take Powell, then Brunson is the floor for that deal.

The best case now is a

Powell+Brunson for Dragic
Kleber for Markkanen
Use the TPE to acquire a new PF and dump Burke in the process.

I really don't think DFS is on the move. I get a sense that the Mavs would only move on from him if they get a superstar in return that can fill his role. Outside of Siakam I don't see anyone that's gettable.

And I don't think the Raps are trading Siakam for DFS.

I'd rather have Powell and Brunson.  Flip Brunson at the TDL for an asset with a future/upside.

Maybe. Bullock is solid. They're very similar players ... maybe interchangeable.

Is there enough money left to get him ? Speaking about Dragic.

Me either. Raptors took Scottie Barnes because Pascal had shoulder surgery and is out until early next season at the least.

Exactly.

My educated guess is that the reason we haven't heard the Bullock number is that Dallas is still figuring out where they'll fit him pending additional moves. For all we know, he'll end up with the room MLE or counting against cap space. There's still a lot that can happen.
