We already talked about it a couple of times. And I saw a couple of articles on this board as well. All explaining how the Warriors broke the luxury tax system. Not sure about the criteria but I would argue that players like Curry or Doncic are better finishers than Morant if we are just talking about touch around the rim. They just aren´t able to get to the same spots as Morant because they lack athleticism.

Another good defense season and the combination of recent memory (him defending Booker and co in the playoffs) and team success might be enough.
