Luka Dealt to Lakers: Nico Harrison is a Basketball Terrorist

I am fully sympathetic with the idea that there is a limit to the negativity, that at some point they are simply depriving other members from enjoying the experience of talking basketball. It goes beyond their freedom of saying their opinion, to the point of taking the fun from everyone else.

All I am saying, make a place for them, a specific one. Let them have it there, and not elsewhere. Redirect it.

It won't fix those who are negative all the time, and neither is locking this thread btw, but it gives those who has angry spurts a place to vent without ruining other threads.

Just my 2 cents.

Hey, you know what? We don't live in the same world we did when this conversation started. I, myself, was actually accused of being negative today, so who am I to paint anyone with that brush, you know?

Everyone go crazy. Trash the Mavs all you want.

"And Peja with the dagger."-balldontliez on 11/15/10 when Peja hit a 3 to put the hornets up 84-75 with 9 MIN LEFT!  Guess who won the game?  That's right, the mavericks." -msu15

Watching the Marshawn coverage over the past week, I learned that we should probably be asking each other "how are you feeling?" rather than "are you ok?".  It has also put into perspective how little sports really means and it's sad that it took a young man's death to remind me of that.

Dirk Nowitzki on @NBAonPrime on Nico Harrison: "This move should have probably happened this summer honestly. I didn't want this negative energy over the Cooper Flagg era. ... This (Luka) trade ... it made no sense to (the fans) and really there was no explanation for it either."

Got a $120 Luka jersey for $32 today at the Nike Outlet. It's XXL when I'm barely an XL, but it will look nice in my closet next to my DFS and Dirk jerseys. I guess I should thank Nico for the bargain.

There are many issues with the doncic trade but one issue that I now see is the lack of picks.  The mavs went all in on Doncic.  They paid a lot for PJ and Gafford.  Those draft picks were supposed to be end of draft.

Street clothes is doing everything he can to make Mavs fans hate him... I think it's time to say goodbye to him too.

It was quick, but not nice. Bye bye.

No more party in Dallas dear Nico Harrison, LA is waiting for you.

You realize that Luka is averaging more points per game this year than any Maverick has scored this year. Defense only wins championships if you can score. Right now we simply can’t score. It’s worse than watching 90’s thuggish style basketball.

Incredible statline. whatever team Luka is on in current NBA, they are a payoffteam instantly. You switch him and AD and Mavs are a contender. Winning mentality and dominance. Also, this is the best Luka to date, keeps getting better. He is the most double teamed player in NBA and also the one that makes opposing teams trying to adjust most to. His presence alone shifts games, even when he doesnt seem to score a lot.
