Luka I believe is a lock for All-NBA 1st team. He is the best player in the league. It's incredible to think he will soon have 3 of these awards, after being only 4 years in the league, including 3 All-star selections. And also several seasons he has been far in the MVP race. Also, converting Dallas to a winning, competitive, and a regular playoff team, which is perhaps his greatest contribution so far.

Our boy is back, and he can get as many techs as he wants tomorrow. Give 'em hell!

Edit: Well....maybe not. Would he get suspended for a playoff game? Please be quiet Luka, thanks.

No he is good to go.  Everything resets for the playoffs.  He can complain as much as he wants until he gets 2 and they kick him out. (Spurs game)

Nope,  the suspension would be moved to the beginning of the next season.

Because Kidd couldn’t.

This was the plan all along and nobody said anything about it? I know there were some that said it here, so they must not be talking about fans. So for fans to make Kidd public enemy #1 should not be replied to like this. Just an odd statement.

The most important thing is that the Mavs medical staff and whatever other docs are consulted do their job.

Do I want Luka sitting playoff games??? No!  But sometimes you have to protect a guy from himself.

Whether it’s a 3 day injury or a 3 month injury, they need to handle it the correct way.  Love the way this team has been playing and absolutely want to see them compete at full strength and let the chips fall where they may.

But I also remember KD and that scares the crap out of me…before even considering that in a catastrophic KD scenario, the Knicks own the pick during what would be a lost Luka season.

I am admittedly making huge leaps…and totally uninformed ones at that.  I just want this handled the right way…whatever that may mean for the 2022 playoffs.

All that said…holding out hope for a 100% Luka out of the gate and a magical run.

Harper said multiple times on the broadcast that he didn't think any of the starters would play in the second half. Then expressed surprise when it became clear Mavs were using a normal rotation in the 3rd. So definitely not 'nobody'.
