Memphis is an absolute horrible team. On the flip side, If phoenix can stay healthy...

PHX is a legitimate PlayOff team this year.

I guess Hawks won't have that budding start for Trae for a while. But hey, they have future HOF in Cam Reddish. He can take over games.

Has the NBA's drug checking improved somehow? Are they enforcing it more heavily?

That said a med. doc I know told me HGH "supplementation" makes you feel like a youngling again and the only real downside is that it is super expensive.

That doesn't go for a professional athlete though.

Other than that biggest ramification is promoting cancer and the surefire effects of withdrawal.

Many advocate for legalizing HGH in sports.

As far as I have heard people in silicon valley are routinely using HGH as part of their health routine.

That is impossible to have happened here. This stuff is not likely to be a contamination of a legal supplement. Never heard that before
I wish it was bennefitial in society to be an honest man

Phoenix looks really good.  It's about time!  It's always nice to see some competitive turnover in the league.

It's going to be really interesting to see what happens when Ayton comes back.  People assume they'll be that much better, but the team chemistry with Baynes has been so much better than before.  Sure, better coaching and PG play made a big difference.  But Ayton sitting out may be part of it as well.

I just don't get all of this with the failed drug tests that the players blame on taking something they didn't realize.

They're either:
A) Lying and this is as good an excuse as possible to try and look clean
or
B) Telling the truth, but still took some supplement that they didn't vet.

I really don't understand the 2nd scenario. These guys are professional athletes, if they want to supplement themselves somehow, just check with the team before just going and taking something. Is it really that hard? The team would probably even provide it to them if they thought it was safe and clean.

Apparently this is what Collins has been busted for:

They have a rookie coach, along with a rookie PG and few NBA vets on the team. So I'm not gonna pass judgement just yet, they have talent.

Am I unjustified in being skeptical about a public apology using the phrase "unbeknownst to me" ?

Ja Morant looks like the real deal.

The Suns traded for Baynes and the 2019 24th pick, sent back the Bucks 2020 1st rd pick (top 7 protected)
Boston needed to dump him to sign Kemba to a max contract.

Suns will have a nice trade piece once Ayton comes back.
Baynes is only under contract for the rest of this season so can't see them getting much back, but a couple of seconds or a very late 1st could be possible.

Bulls beating Lakers by 18

RE: Around the NBA 2019-2020 - SleepingHero - 11-05-2019

Gordon Hayward currently has 37 points, 5 rebounds, and 8 assists on 16/19 from the field against the Cavs.

I guess he's officially back?

Can the Baby Bulls hold on?   They've blew big leads, twice so far this season. Coby White is pretty good for the Bulls.

East teams might do us some favor today. Atlanta beat San Antonio, Chicago looking good against LAL, Orlando and Miami in play against OKC and Denver.

Correction: Bulls are crap. Orlando is terrible offensively. It really wouldn't be fair if they change this against us tomorrow

Yeah, figured the Lakers would walk them down, and Davis had a bad game. Bron didn't though, 3rd straight triple double for the 3rd time in his career, 118-112. Lakers 6th straight win.

Lebron seeing Luka scratch his throne; so he's turning it up - tho at this age i don't how long he can keep that up. But its Lebron so who knows.

Also, Spurs don't seem scary at all.
