@MikeACurtis2
The #Mavs just finished shootaround ahead of tonight’s Summer League opener against the #Lakers.

Cooper Flagg will make his unofficial debut in a Mavs uniform. He’s working on post moves this morning.

What's a bit more disheartening was watching Melvin Ajinca go 1-4 on practice 3s in the background.

Good catch. I went back and watched. At least he hit his first one!

How many players really develop NBA skills by getting stashed overseas? IMO, "draft and stash" has always been a waste of a draft pick. Ajinca isn't likely to develop anything useful unless/until he can stay in the US and get higher level experience. But that would mean either a G-League contract or a 2-way somewhere. But the MBT obviously doesn't even think that much of him.

Uhm...what?

Yes, the NBA game needs time to adapt but if anything then it's the other way around: stay away from the G League and develop in an international league.

@MikeACurtis2
The #Mavs have arrived at Thomas & Mack Center.

No. 1 overall pick Cooper Flagg is about to make his summer league debut against the Lakers in about 40 minutes.

When is tipoff?

RE: Summer League Game 1: 7pm CST on ESPN - SleepingHero - 07-10-2025

Legit F brooklyn for drawing that game out for no reason.

Timeouts and intentional fouls down by double digits with 30 seconds left. I want the coach to be fined for such annoying behavior.

If you have MavsTV I believe it's available there as well.

If not that or ESPN (either cable or ESPN+), then you have to sail the high seas.

Thanks. Found a normal ESPN stream, finally.

Thank you for the addition!

Didn't realize KFAA also had it but it makes sense to be honest.

First 50 seconds. Flagg had a couple of gaffs but I like the move he made to take the shot and how he handled that double.
