Listening to Nico describing the culture that the Mavs are trying to build gave me a little insight into the Grimes situation. I think it’s his defense that’s the problem.

He is pretty much the only perimeter defender who is challenging 3's. If you play Dinwiddie over him, you have a problem. Trade him to the Magic for free, tho Franz has some shooting help. Shooting 44/44 % from open/wide open shots.
