Luka Dončić (left heel contusion) and Jaden Hardy (right ankle sprain) will be AVAILABLE tonight against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Brandon Williams (right thumb sprain) and Dante Exum (right wrist surgery) will be OUT.

We are screwed until somebody removes Boston from the finals, cause we cannot defend the 3pt line. That´s how we end up in 142-134 games against GS, while everybody else just holds them under 100.

I have had enough of Maxi refusing to literally shoot anything. It f**** our whole offense. Players pass it to him twice on perfectly run systems and he refuses the open shot. Results in two bad late clock attempts. The next two possessions the players think there is no point to pass it to him anyway, which then screws up two more possessions. That´s how you end up with a 9-0 Wolves run.

Literally every decision in every phase of this game is idiotic. Just replace Luka with Hardy, cause this game he´ll improve our decision-making.

Grimes again is 1st off the bench (with Gafford) and replaces Klay (SF). FWIW Naji again is 10th man in the playing order, on pace for 10-11 minutes. Is he still slowed, or is it just that Grimes is playing better and has gotten his minutes?

FWIW, I think Grimes has been rotating with Thompson for quite a lot longer than your recent observation, AND I think the positions are confusing. I’ve head Thompson refer to himself as “the 2 guard” on at least 3-4 occasions. All of that to say: while they’re (Grimes/Thompson) not playing the same position on defense, I believe they are the rotation for the same position on offense. I said as much in the op of that rotation thread.

Worst half of the year in the most important game of the year when everyone really starts to try and reveal their true quality. Not looking good at all for this team right now.
