These guys took it literally when Dudley said there are guys that will average 25 and not make the league, but guys that score four that will. I don´t think he meant the whole team is supposed to score four.

Then get him out of SL, cause this does literally nothing for him. He can´t dribble. He can´t create. He can´t drive. He´s basically a 3pt spot up shooter.
