Seems like incredible value for the Wizards. Why wouldn't the Pelicans try and keep Valanciunas at that price?

I kinda sorta think they’re toying with keeping BI now, rather than trading him. This salary cap stuff is real, unlike the 2011 version Cuban freaked out about.
