Minnesota is trading Wendell Moore Jr. and the No. 37 pick in today's Day 2 of NBA draft to Detroit, sources say.

As of now they are 6m over the 2nd apron. And it looks like they are willing to do whatever it takes to get it under it.

Is Wendell Moore Jr. the new Quentin Grimes? We pay some kind of draft capital and get back #37?
Or, did they just need #37 and Grimes is still coming our way?

One of his agents, Josh Hairston, has two clients. Moore Jr. and Lively. Hairston started as an agent with Mike Miller and moved to Klutch. He played at Duke with Kyrie. Smoke?

The couple of moves DET made between drafting Ron Holland and trading for Moore Jr. tells me they don't really care for Grimes that much. They still have Ivey and Cade taking the majority of minutes at the 1 and 2.
