Though there have been many regular season meetings since, this will be the first playoff matchup and chance to avenge the 2007 playoff loss. Gotta start the series right. Must win game.

Warriors win and big. This will be a 4 or 5 game series victory for Golden State. The Warriors’ motion offense will be too much for the Dallas defense to handle. Luka will be slowed down and the other guys will cool off. Wonderful season for the Mavericks though.

Early storylines already forming for this series:
1- Warriors going to show Luka different looks every few possessions
2- Warriors pace
3- Offensive glass
4- Warriors trying to take Brunson away with Draymond
These things obviously evolve throughout the series but those four things seem to be the early keys.

Just too hard against a team with 4 legit perimeter scorers. Wiggins and Poole are scoring and Steph/Klay aren't so far...a lot easier for a team to survive games when they have more scorers. And with Steph/Klay the shots will start to fall at some point
