RE: ROSTER TALK: "playoff rotation wing" priority | open to THJ,SD,DB deals - loki - 06-28-2022 Starting at guard, in his 10th season from Michigan. Number 11! Tim. Hardaway. Jrrrrrrrrrrr RE: ROSTER TALK: "playoff rotation wing" priority | open to THJ,SD,DB deals - phiL - 06-28-2022 (06-28-2022, 04:37 PM)michaeltex Wrote: JB is definitely a good player. Steady, reliable. He proved he was starter material once THJ went down and was integral to the post-New Year success. But in April, although we wanted him back, nobody was talking about $25M+ per year. Even $20M/year was considered steep. I'm with you. I dont know if Brunson is worth so much money. Sure he played like an all-star in that 2 or 3 games. But can he bring that to the table vs. other teams? It sucks to lose him for nothing (we will see) but imho its possible the Knicks will regret that move (they are still the Knicks ) RE: ROSTER TALK: "playoff rotation wing" priority | open to THJ,SD,DB deals - michaeltex - 06-28-2022 (06-28-2022, 04:42 PM)mvossman Wrote: I really hope we get the 23 back, but have no interest in Reddish. He won't be enough by himself anyways. Rather have Burks and our pick. I just included him because the name was listed as a possible return on a potential SnT. Don't have much opinion of him myself. RE: ROSTER TALK: "playoff rotation wing" priority | open to THJ,SD,DB deals - JamesConway912 - 06-28-2022 Gotta admit: I didn’t think there was a way to mess this up but here we are. I guess they already got their starting backcourt mate on the roster with Dinwiddie. I highly doubt we will be able to get a SnT done. Dragic will most likely get the TPMLE and we’re probably done. Dinwiddie | Dragic Doncic | Hardaway Bullock | Green DFS | Bertans Wood | Kleber | Powell RE: ROSTER TALK: "playoff rotation wing" priority | open to THJ,SD,DB deals - Mavs2021 - 06-28-2022 So the Clippers extended Zubac and are allegedly after Noel. Even without Noel this seems like Hartenstein is out. Also any rumours whether the Clippers are compensated for Noel? Only reason the Mavs are not doing Noel for Brunson (straight up in a worst case scenario) would be Cuban being cheap. We´ll need the TP-MLE to sign a guard, unless we can turn Noel into somebody like White and then go after Hartenstein/Smith. Coby White + Hartenstein (Smith) is probably the best case outcome, if Brunson is gone. Other way around keep Noel and sign Monk or Harris. Probably needs to be Monk, cause Harris is just too boring after taking another kick in the nuts. RE: ROSTER TALK: "playoff rotation wing" priority | open to THJ,SD,DB deals - HoosierDaddyKid - 06-28-2022 Clippers are scary deep. Even without Batum. Wonder if they're bringing him back? Is Brunson good? Yes. Would I have liked him back? Yes. But reality is the Mavs need a more defensive minded back court member to pair with Luka, and if they can somehow trade for a guy like Brogdon, this offseason would be great. He should have been traded at the deadline. This is malpractice to let him walk for nothing. Smells like one of those old Cuban needs to stay away from the players casualties of this organization RE: ROSTER TALK: "playoff rotation wing" priority | open to THJ,SD,DB deals - KillerLeft - 06-28-2022 (06-28-2022, 04:15 PM)Kammrath Wrote: https://twitter.com/esidery/status/1541888692146413568 Wake up, @"Branduil"! Kidding….I think. They aren't really trying to keep him at all. I can live with him leaving, but how can you not offer him 125/5? If Jordan Poole comes up for the Warriors and some team goes crazy, Lacob will just match. Cuban really the new Sarver. Great look for the future Probably dumping Kleber too, when the tax bill is too much.
