It's probably the best job for him that was going to be available this offseason. It's not the most veteran team overall but he will love Brogdon running the show. And talent-wise, there's actually more overall talent there than Dallas

That is not Kamm, that is a famous actor whose name I am unable to recall at the moment.
That gif has been used by Kamm before to end one of our debates on size and wingspan, and whether or not anything else matters.

I STRONGLY suspect that RC had quite a bit of power and control in DAL (as a sort of "shadow GM") and that started to get taken away and maybe in the most recent conversations was going to go completely away.
I would STRONGLY suspect that RC will have LOTS of power with roster decisions in IND.
