Since the second month of the season, the Mavs have pretty much been a .500 team. As the season progresses, they are slipping below even that threshold. 7th seed in the West. Pretty much where a lot of people put them best case. Talent-wise this team has a LOOOONNNNGGGG way to go. I doubt Cuban comprehends that fact though. If so, maybe it won’t be such a need to upgrade from him this offseason RE: GAME 63: NOP (26-35 on B2B) @ DAL (37-25) | Mar 4, 8:30 pm | Mavs 5.5 & 7.0 pt favs - dmavs4life03 - 03-04-2020 Delon is so much better when he doesn't hesitate. Also think he's better with Curry or Hardaway than Luka because he's not a true shooter like they are. He's playing well, made a couple of 3's. Not going to castrate him for a turnover or two. He's usually scared to shoot. It seems like hes always been afraid that he'll make a mistake for the last couple of months. Favors scores in the paint against KP and Doncic. KP pulls the trigger on an early shot clock 3 and misses. Ingram hits a contested midrange jumper over Lee. Good defense. Better offense. 4-point swing. Do you think an even smaller Curry could do a better job against Ingram? It seems to be a completely foreign concept to Rick to have his players put the opponent on the line. Pels leading 42-26 in the paint. |
