That pick feels like Washington had their pants down.
Not sure how Tre Johnson fixes anything on their team given they have Middleton, CJ McCollum, Marcus Smart, AND Coulibaly.
They did not expect Utah to take Bailey.

Stephen Curry tried the same 16 years ago, Minni thought they shouldn't draft a player that doesn't want them, GSW didn't give a damn that he wanted the Knicks.
You draft based on talent, not on preference. Ainge surely know that.

Im shocked/also not shocked Brooklyn went for Demin.
WAY WAY higher than most mocks had him at. But I see the vision. He was one of my favorite dudes for the mavs to target in the middle/late first round.
This is a stretch. But one that makes sense. Not only because of talent, but also because they have so many FRPs they can reach for a couple of them.
