Mavs played well, they just can't buy a three outside of Maxi. Clippers are honestly lucky, they should be down by 20 right now.

I 100% agree with Barkley’s point at halftime, and have been saying similar things around here for years.
Donnie Nelson said something similar on the radio the year before he got fired and got roasted for it, but he was right, too.

Barkley basically said Luka needs to play fast and not hold the ball. He said the role players don't want to play hard when they don't touch the ball.

Luka spends too many possessions dribbling out the clock and then jacking up a 1-on-1 3. They go in, but it’s demoralizing for his teammates, who go long stretches without getting to touch the ball.
He needs to trust his teammates and give the ball up earlier.
OR, if he’s creating, he needs to make quicker decisions early and not dribble the varnish off the floor first.
Either way, his teammates have a chance to get in rhythm and are then more engaged in the game, overall.
