Klay Thompson on joining the Mavs:

“Just being able to play with Luka for the last few days, his ability in the pick and roll is like the best I’ve ever seen and it’ll be fine to play with him in those sets because he draws so much attention…I’ll be there to knock them down…This preseason might be the most important one I’ve had…”

After playing with Luka Dončić in runs this week, Klay Thompson feels Dončić's ability in pick-and-roll is "maybe the best I've ever seen."

Thompson believes it could take a few weeks to get used to the Mavericks' system, but looks forward to playing with "such great creators."
