Thing is, the Mavs are probably aware they have to keep his minutes down to avoid his value shooting up to a range the Mavs can't afford.
I don’t believe Rick thinks in that way at all when playoff seeding is concerned. If he does, shame on him.

They could have signed him last summer if they valued him that highly

Makes sense. When I saw him pull up from 3 I was like no way he does that if it's not green-lit by RC.
I think WCS does do Tyson Chandler things. WCS can move more fluidly. I would expect his offense to pick up with Luka back. I think they've played like 1 game together? At any rate I like what WCS brings to the table.
