Who was the player of the game who elevated his game to help the team win?
Tough choice between Luka and KP. Luka had an awesome game and a career high, but I suppose Porzingis elevated his game the most so I gave him the vote
Luka gets it. It was great to see the return of the unicorn (on offense) but for every point he scored Zion returned the favor on the other end. The interior defense was embarassing. Really hope that they do not crown a DPOG today. No one deserves the belt.
Luka was flat out amazing. Absolutely dominant.

But I got to give it to our big man from Lateeeevia for an absolute scorching night. Our 2 stars combined for 82 points! SHEESH!
Luka was amazing tonight. I'd give it to KP if his defense had been better.

Zion finished -12...
Luka, he has to be better than mere mortal to win these.  I think he was.
Gave it to KP because he needed this game...

But the dynamic duo was too much gor the bad guys tonight...
Luka, by a mile.

Excellent mix of deferring to teammates, driving the ball, unleashing the midrange moves and nailing some threes...all of which seemed to happen at appropriate times and not feel forced.

KP had an amazing game (offensively), and it was a great effort from Richardson and DFS, too. I can’t in good conscience give this one to anybody but 77 tho.
Luka. KP doesn't deserve it because of his defensive "effort"
Give KP some slack. New Orleans has a very good starting front-court with two big men that outweigh him by a lot. Not many teams in the NBA have such a strong PF and C combo. It is a tough match up for KP defensively. However, nobody can guard him either.

He has some, but I guess he wouldn't mind more:

Thanks for the correction.
Luka, "whose overweight now?" Doncic

I usually re-read after I post and find those errors and correct them as soon as possible so the smart asses on the board like me don't do this to me. All in good fun!
Luka. As others have said, KP was great on offense, but terrible at the other end of the court.
Gotta give the Dirkie to Luka.  KP was good...and second... but there's still something off.  Maybe shot selection, trying too hard, too hasty...I don't know.
