Yeah recently he is.

And he is 100% a better center than PF KP. Just saying.
Dwight is the best!!!!!!!!!

Leave your apologies to Powell here...
DP, I'm sorry that I didn't everyone to have patience more often.

Easier to hide KP at the 4. Seriously though, KP was watching how effective that type of play can be. He needs to either get down and dirty like DP-WCS-Maxi or maybe be moved. The hard screens and attacking the rim are must haves. 5 guys standing around the 3 point line is losing basketball (even if they all shoot 40%)

Yep, the most effective offense requires the pick and roll to get the D scrambling and on its heels in multiple directions. The Mavs have to know that Luka in the pick and roll is like Beethoven on the piano. I think they (like me) thought KP could BE that pick and roll guy...time to repent and fix things this summer.

Some posts age well:

And some don't:

Points per Minute (last four months)

Points/min: 0.34
Rebounds/min: 0.24
Blocks/min: 0.02 (season)

I swear that´s all the names I looked up. Guess I failed I stopped at nine.

Powell didnt beat a single one of them in two of three categories. He managed one tie against recently released from the league Mo Wagner.

If anything you have proven Powell is useless even for a minimum level player, if we apply your points/rebounds stats.
He wasn’t helping the team when he started earlier in the season. We don’t have to go through this again.

Fortunately he’s steadily getting better over the last months. To me the longterm outlook has changed significantly, I am not ruling out anymore that we might see the old, reliable Dwight again on a game by game basis. Tonight‘s game was on par with some of his best performances ever. Exciting stuff considering that he’s still not that far away from the injury. Makes you very hopeful for the upcoming seasons.
I think that...possibly.... Dwight Powell might be getting healthy again...just a hunch...so don't quote me.
DP's performance has proved one thing at least.

Luka with a PNR big is better than a PNP big.

All the more reason to throw a lot of money at Richaun Holmes.
