I expect limited minutes for Luka and Trae considering that both will start in the main allstar game as well.
Pretty good list of players on both sides but the USA seems stronger if Luka does not play much.

Ja
Zion
JJJ
Trae
WCJ

vs

Luka
Ayton
SGA
Hachimura
Barrett

USA second team even stronger in comparison with Nunn and Herro ...

My top 5 draft from these players:

Luka
Ja
Zion
Young
Ayton, SGA, or JJJ could go here.
Yesterday on ESPN radio, Cuban said he talked to Luka about a minutes restriction for both games and Luka told him no..lol. Luka said he was ready to play all 48 minutes.

On a separate note, it's past time that the all star game also go to the U.S. vs World format. They should also expand the rosters to 15 instead of 12.
Beef

The next games are next Thu and the AS game is Sun so min of 3 days off afterwards.

The Rising stars game is tonight yet OKC and 3 teams played last night.  So SGA has to rush fly from New Orleans to Chicago after playing til 9:30pm.  Likely wee hours of morning arrival.

Why can’t the NBA schedule this better?  No excuse to have RS game be a back to back for some players.  Zero excuses.

No Ayton or Herro.  Melli time lol.
SGA does look a little special.
Feels like Luka is more like Dirk when it comes to allstar weekend. No real competition leading to him being less engaged. Not trying to hunt for shots.

Except Luka seems to be engaging everyone more than Dirk. Luka is a natural HR department.

That Canadian national team will be really good for years to come. Wiggins won´t even be good enough to start.

If I had to pick one of them it is clearly SGA. Length, athleticism, handles and a great jumper (more midrange than 3).
I'll just be glad if Luka can come through this game without an injury!
Luka with the half court shot!
Luka Magic! That Trae/Luka embrace is going to be iconic photo.

It´s easy to see why the Thunder have success. He has the same angry soul as CP3. No wonder CP3 is re-juvenated. He went from playing with a college dropout, rich kid, strip club inhabitant to becoming the father of a 20 year old version of himself.

Also no f**** given SGA wants to win the game. Just rolls to the rim and makes one spectacular lay-up after another then trying to steal the inbounds passes immediately like it´s game seven of the finals.

Myles Turner fangirling over Luka, calling the midcourter. It´s happening. Big Grin
Ha amazing Luka!
Luka with shot of game so far!
