The Mavs should be mad as hell after the debacle in Toronto, so this should be a win.  But never underestimate the Spurs, and never, EVER, allow it to go into overtime against them.

As a massive Spurs hater I will be quite pissed if we don't win this one. Those assholes need to be piledriven out of the playoff race even if the West sucks this year

I will wait for our Dr. to give an order for our expectations for this match which I will definitely agree with.

Spurs demolition of the Grizzlies last night (145 points... Aldridge with 40-9-5 +3 blks) has me thinking they will be coming into this one hot. 

Hopefully Luka will be good to go.

The announcers on ESPN are saying right now that Luka will play tomorrow night!   Has this officially been announced?

I believe he was upgraded to "possible" in the injury report. Even if it is not official, he started practicing with the team so it is a safe bet that he will play.

Carlisle said he was optimistic that Luka status would be upgraded, which is as good of an endorsement you'd ever hear from Carlisle.

With that said I still think the Mavs are going to be extra cautious, as they should. If Luka doesn't play tonight, I'd most definitely expect him to play versus the Lakers on Sunday.

Very dangerous game. I hope DFS will do a better job on DeRozan this time as he did whatever he wanted in our first game. Having Luka back would help.

That implies that we’d had some bad losses to the Spurs that make them hate them... I’d rather they were indifferent to them, like the way they might be with, say... the magic.
