Man the defense is awful. Lively at least was a presence. Without him Spurs getting anything they want.

Lively could already be the best big man on the roster and it may not even be close. It's going to be hard to NOT play him 30+ minutes in year 1 because the dropoff is huge when he's not on the floor

It says more to how bad Powell and Maxi have fallen off vs. how good Lively is currently. Crazy how this front office is unwilling/unable to get a starting center for 19 out of the last 23 years

I see why they gave Vassell that extension. He can play. Grant Williams has woke up.

Luka's defense has been a breath of fresh air.

It’s pretty clear. When Maxi and grant play, the team is cheeks. When they’re out of the game, things go well. Maxi is no longer an NBA rotation player. Grant can help in spots but needs to be in the right matchup.
