What the hell.. we win the championship if Green and Hardy keep this up

Mavs by 20

Dangit.

Missed by 7 points.
Best game of the year.
Mavs without Luka and Kyrie?

SD and DFS on the plane out of town?

Maxi still injured?

I did not see this win coming at all. Frankly, I thought they would get drilled.

Wow.
Love me some Green and Hardy. Give them more touches, more balance.

They can do more.
Josh Green +39
Christian Wood -16

How is that possible in the same game??? And can we please permanently delete all the posts on this board calling Wood the second or third best player on the team?

Hardy’s 29 came on just 12 field goal attempts. That’s simply unreal. Dirklike.

Did we just witness the elusive Double Dirkie?

Christian Wood will prove to be outstanding for us if they keep him. Several very skilled basketball players will soon create some of the most beautiful basketball of all time. Things that we have not seen since the title run. This is the start of a glorious new era ladies and gentleman.

Trade Timmy's ass, and they will.
Hardy is going to be a beast.  He's the real untouchable on this team.   Josh finally figuring out that he is an apex athlete and how to use that to his advantage.  Didn't ever think he'd find the confidence.  Still wish he had more of a plan and grace while attacking the rim.

In fairness to him, he is coming off a long layoff due to injury.

I couldn't watch this game. I caught the last 7 minutes or so (game was tied when I started watching) at a bar with no sound after my rehearsal. It seemed like the team was playing much harder on defense than they have been recently.

Those who watched, was your sense that it was about who was playing, or did the team seem invigorated by the shakeup?
there is a reason nets want them in the kyrie trade, thankfully we got deal done without losing neither. josh and hardy are gonna be important role players for us imho.

it's just wood's first game returning from injury so give him a break.

our boys in blue deserve praises for winning their first game of season without luka. also, the kyrie trade must have boosted team's morale, barring few guys who are likely dealt within a couple of days you know who.
More energy, more active, more transition. I think everybody plays harder when they feel like they are going to get an opportunity. Need to get away from an ISO heavy offense.
Wood is mostly a tool for Luka to make use of. Wood knows he needs an elite playmaker to set things up for him which is why he wanted to play with Harden initially. He's gonna be bad on any team that doesn't have an elite passing superstar. Luka wasn't playing tonight.
