Nice goal!

I can't figure out how post a pick either. One of our IT peeps needs to give us a tutorial.
I like this a lot. With Wright corralling many drivers (hehe, Minnie Driver) to him hopefully he'll have lots of opportunity to make this happen. Really good opportunity for it since Gobert has won it 2 years in a row. I hate that that is a factor, but it is.

Alan Hahn states that within Kristaps Porzingis's tenure as a Knick, that there was more than 2 more incidents that New York did not let get out.

So this is from the Knicks Fan TV podcast where they had Alan Hahn (who is the host of the Knicks post game show) & was a former player himself.
When a caller asks him to discern what happened with the Kristaps Porzingis era and how could we only hear about the rape accusations after his tenure as a Knick
He states that
That incident that KP was apart of, and I know of there was two other things that I know of that never got out, that will not get out"
Alan goes on to state that when the trade was announced, everyone failed him because it came to this; including his brother & apparently;
"The kid was immature about some things, that the team did all it could to take care of him, they really did. What he was unhappy about, he'll never talk about it, maybe eventually"
The host asks him " Do you think it was the whole Phil tenure?"
Alan states;
"Yes I think it started there, it continued there and I don't think -I know Fizdale tried it but they were able to just not able to get back in the fold, & he went from this kid who had the key to the gym "oh I can go to the gym whenever I want, I love that" to sliding into DMS,hanging out a lil more than he should and sideeyeing everyone when they talked about how much he meant to the franchise"

Salty Knicks Fans lmao...

Truth is KP didn't want to be stuck in that shithole for another 5 years
The worst thing I can say about KP and his past is perhaps he really does need to repent and this is his perfect fresh start opportunity to repent if in his heart he knows that is the case and get on with his future with the Mavs. He has an opportunity to be a VERY successful lifer here.

Cuban:

Quote:"KP coming back from an injury ... we're gonna certainly load manage him. We saw what Kawhi [Leonard] did, and Kawhi was still banged up in the Finals after all of that. You could see him limping.

"And you can argue about the injuries with Golden State. The length of the season and all those playoff runs. How it cumulatively impacted their health, we don't know. But, yeah, you're going to see load management more and more and more."

First time trying to quote/reply on this forum so hope it looks alright.

I don’t mind “load management” for teams in line for home court advantage. If we want to be conservative with KP for the early part of the season that’s fine as he works his way back into form, but if we are fighting for the 8th seed I don’t want him taking healthy games off in February/March. Just keep him to 30ish minutes/game.

If this goes the way we all hope it does we’ll be playing in late April/early May this season, and next season be competing to be playing in June. The time for load management will come but beyond injuries/rehab, it’s too early to be talking like we’re the Raptors with Kawhi, IMO.
Wonder if he still feels this way...  Angel
It is kind of ironic, but this is job one for KP. 11 boards and 3 blocks total in three games while giving up 75% shooting at the rim isn’t going to cut it for an NBA center.
He's got a lot of work to do if that is his goal. Especially defending the P&R.  Teams salivate putting him in those.
